User support service - Helpdesk

CARNET Helpdesk provides the basic technical support to users as well as the basic information on CARNET and its current public activities and actions. If, during the use of CARNET services, the users encounter difficulties, or are not sure how to adjust their computers to work on the network, they can consult the Frequently Asked Questions section or look for adjustment instructions on Wikidesk.

Helpdesk working hours are every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Answers to questions sent by fax or e-mail can be expected within two hours (during Helpdesk working hours), while the requests received by regular mail will be processed within one working day from the receipt.
